Each service option features instant-on, always-on, unlimited connection times. Pricing is based on annual commitment. All listed speeds will vary depending on location, EXCEPT for the Wireless Professional and T1 speeds. These packages have dedicated bandwidth and fixed speeds. 1) Setup Fees
A standard setup fee for the Wireless Express and Wireless Super includes the installation and configuration of the following items:

• Antenna and the included mounting equipment designed to mount the antenna on the chimney, side of building or roof in a fashion similar to a satellite dish installation (antenna must be aimed at one of Aledo BroadBand's transmitters).
• 2.4GHz or 900MHz radio and cable to connect the radio to the customer's computer (or customer's router). Please note that the setup fee for the 900mhz equipment is $399 and not $249. The 900MHz equipment is used in certain areas of Deer Creek and Willow Park where clear line-of-sight to our towers is not available. The 900mhz option is not available for the Wireless Express package.
• The equipment setup by Aledo BroadBand (antenna, radio, and if applicable, router) remain the property of Aledo BroadBand. By owning the equipment, Aledo BroadBand is able to keep and maintain the equipment in working order with ideal configuration settings. For customers purchasing the Wireless Super and Wireless Professional packages, maintenance and repairs for the radio and router are performed without additional cost to the customer. Customers who purchase any other package will have a one-year service warranty, after which they will pay a service fee to repair or maintain any equipment installed. Maintenance of equipment does not include servicing equipment due to new obstructions (homes, trees, etc) that were not present at the time of installation.

The average Wireless installation takes 2 to 3 hours and will be done in a manner that is easiest for the installer with a STRONG emphasis on aesthetics. (We live in Aledo! We don't want ugly installations in our neighborhood, and neither do you.) If the customer requests a different installation configuration (for aesthetic reasons, or otherwise), the installer will make good effort to meet the customer's request. Please note the following conditions that will require charges over and above the standard setup fee:

• If an installation takes longer than 3 hours, it will be considered a non-standard installation. Additional time will be billed at the rate of $85 per hour.
• Materials and equipment required for a non-standard installation will be billed to the customer. This includes, but is not limited to: routers, switches, hubs, CAT5 cables, mounting equipment to raise the antenna to overcome obstacles, etc. These non-standard materials become the property of the customer and must be maintained by the customer.
